The Pohénégamook - Picard - Saint-Antonin - Wolastokuk 2 (PPAW 2) Wind Energy Centre is a proposed 291 megawatt wind energy project located in the Bas-Saint Laurent region in Quebec, precisely on the ancestral territory of the Wolastokuk and the MRCs of Rivière-du-Loup and Témiscouata. The project was selected by Hydro-Quebec in 2024 to contribute to Quebec's energy transition plan.

During this phase, Invenergy continues environmental surveys, submits municipal, provincial and federal applications, and continues engaging with community members and all relevant officials. In January 2025, the PPAW 2 team hosted an open house for the community to learn more about the project, pictured right.
